Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
Directions

Combine cauliflower, broth, celery, onions, salt and pepper in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hrs.

Using a hand mixer, puree cooked ingredients until smooth. Mix in milk and Worcestershire until smooth. Cook on HIGH 15-20 minutes.
