Continental Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2.25 oz package dried beef, cut into pieces
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Hot cook fettuccine

Directions

  1. Coat inside of crock pot with nonstick spray. Place dried beef in bottom. Wrap each chicken breast with 1 bacon slice. Place wrapped chicken on top of dried beef.

  2. Combine soup and flour in medium bowl until smooth. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 7 hrs.

  3. Place sour cream in small bowl; stir in a few tbsp of cooking liquid. Stir sour cream mixture into remaining cooking liquid. Cook on LOW 5 minutes. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles.
