Ingredients
- 4 lb bone-in turkey breast
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt
Directions

Coat inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Add turkey breast.

Mix butter, lemon peel, chili powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper and red pepper flakes in small bowl until blended. Spread mixture over top and sides of turkey. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hrs.

Remove turkey to cutting board. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10-15 minutes.

Stir lemon juice into cooking liquid. Pour mixture through sieve. Let mixture stand 5 minutes. Skim and discard excess fat. Season with salt and pepper. Return au jus to crock pot. Slice turkey and serve with au jus.
