Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
- 14 oz can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2- 15 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Directions

Coat inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Heat large skillet over medium-high. Brown sausage and onion 6-8 minutes. Drain fat.

Combine beans, tomatoes and rosemary in crock pot. Stir in sausage mixture.

Cover and cook on LOW 3-4 hrs. Ladle into bowls; top with cheese.
