Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs hot Italian Sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced
- 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced
- Italian rolls
- 1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced
- Provolone cheese, sliced
Directions

Combine sausage, sauce, onion, pepper and sugar in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs.

Place sausage on rolls. Top with vegetable mixture. Add provolone.
