Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 5 lbs chicken wings, tips removed and split at joints
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3/4 cup spicy peanut sauce
- 1/2 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- sliced green onions
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add wings in batches; cook 3-5 minutes or until brown on all sides. Remove to crock pot.

Stir coconut milk, sugar, curry paste and fish sauce into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 6-7 hrs. Remove wings with slotted spoon to large bowl; toss with peanut sauce before serving. Garnish with green onions.
