Ingredients

  • 2- 14 oz cans beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 to 2 pork tenderloins (2lbs), trimmed and diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed

Directions

  1. Combine 3/4 cups beef broth and flour in a small bowl; cover and refrigerate. Add remaining broth, pork, potatoes, beans, onion, garlic, salt, dried thyme and pepper to crock pot; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hrs.

  2. Whisk flour mixture into crock pot. Cook uncovered on HIGH 30 minutes. Garnish with thyme sprigs.
