Ingredients
- 2- 14 oz cans beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 to 2 pork tenderloins (2lbs), trimmed and diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 4 red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
Directions

Combine 3/4 cups beef broth and flour in a small bowl; cover and refrigerate. Add remaining broth, pork, potatoes, beans, onion, garlic, salt, dried thyme and pepper to crock pot; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hrs.

Whisk flour mixture into crock pot. Cook uncovered on HIGH 30 minutes. Garnish with thyme sprigs.
