Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp ground all spice
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz fresh green beans, 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Hot cooked couscous
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add beef in batches until browned on all sides. Remove to crock pot.

Stir in tomatoes, onion, beans, sugar, cinnamon, garlic powder and all spice. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hrs.

Stir in salt and pepper. Turn off heat. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve over couscous.
