Amnesia Cookies

Ingredients
- 3 eggs whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar and salt. Fold in nuts and butterscotch chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Turn off oven, leave in closed oven for 1 to 4 hours.
