Herbed Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- potatoes 2-12oz cut into wedges
- olive oil 1 1/2 T
- kosher salt 1/2 t
- thyme 1/2 t
- marjoram 1/4 t
- tarragon 1/4 t
- rosemary 1/4 t
- pepper 1/4 t
- parsley - optional
Directions

Toss all ingredients in a plastic bag or bowl. Place wedges on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 50 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
