White Chocolate Blonde Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Baker's White Chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan. Use foil handles to lift brownies from pan before cutting into 32 bars to serve.
