Ingredients
- 16 fresh watercress sprigs
- 16 (1-inch) peeled and seeded yellow watermelon cubes, (about 1/2 small melon)
- 8 thin prosciutto slices, halved
Directions
- Place a watercress sprig on each watermelon cube, and wrap with a prosciutto slice. Secure with wooden picks. Cover and chill.
