Whatta- Lotta Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can (12oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (baking)
  • 1 pkg. (12oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 bars (4oz.) sweet German baking chocolate
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. {lace sugar, evaporated milk and margarine in large, heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and chocolates, stirring until all is melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered jellyroll pan (15 1/2 x10 1/2 × 1-inch).
  2. Freezes well.
  3. Makes 5 lbs.
