Ingredients
- Juice of one large lemon
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c raw tahini
- 1 t maple syrup or honey
- 1 T and 1 t apple cider vinegar
- 1 and 1/2 t tamari soy sauce
- 1 t coriander powder
- 1 t cumin
- 2 T hempseed oil or olive oil
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 1 T raw sesame seeds
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, garlic and water into a blender and puree for 15 – 30 seconds.
- Add all remaining ingredients and puree again until smooth.
