Beefy Vegetable Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups deiced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 2 1/3 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients; shape into 8 patties.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink. Serve on buns. Top with spicy mustard, fresh tomato and leaf lettuce.
