Bacon, Cheese and Rotel Tartlets

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 1 cup real bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese *
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened *
- 2 pkg. Athens Fillo Shells, frozen
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tomatoes and green chiles, the bacon and cheeses. Mix well. Spoon mixture into pastry shells. Arrange shells on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and shells are golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
