Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 oz bag frozen broccoli cuts
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 4 cups corkscrew pasta, cooked
- crushed red pepper
Directions

Cook sausage in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until browned.

Reduce heat to medium. Stir the onion and garlic into skillet. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Pour off any fat.

Stir the soup, milk, broccoli and 1/4 cup of the cheese into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

Put pasta in a large serving bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the pasta. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with red pepper.
