Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup Swanson chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced roasted sweet peppers
Directions

Season the pork chops with black pepper.

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove pork chops and set aside.

Add the potatoes, onion and oregano. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until browned.

Stir the broth and sweet peppers into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Return the pork chops to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
