Ingredients
- 10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup
- 10.5 oz can condensed beef broth
- 1/2 cup Burgundy
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 14.5 oz can diced Italian style tomatoes
- 3 large carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 lbs beef for stew
- 2- 15 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
Directions

Stir the soup, broth, wine, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, tomatoes, carrots and beef in crock pot.

Cover and cook on LOW 8-9 hrs.

Stir in the beans. Turn heat to HIGH and cook for 10 minutes more.
