Butternut Squash with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. broccoli florets (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 lb. frozen butternut squash cubes, (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- Salt and ground black pepper
Directions
- Place broccoli in a bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add frozen butternut squash and microwave 3 minutes. Remove and toss with butter and salt and pepper to taste.
