Banana-Nut Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 (1.4 oz.) envelope banana-nut-flavored instant oats
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Stir together first 4 ingredients; make a well in center of mixture.
- Stir together egg, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Pour about 3 Tbsp. batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook pancakes until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked; turn and cook other side. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
