Banana-Nut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 (1.4 oz.) envelope banana-nut-flavored instant oats
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients; make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Stir together egg, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  3. Pour about 3 Tbsp. batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook pancakes until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked; turn and cook other side. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
