Rosemary Syrup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Bring sugar, rosemary sprigs, and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Remove from heat; let syrup sit and steep 20 minutes. Discard rosemary sprigs. Refrigerate, covered, up to 2 months.
