Ingredients
- 2-3 lb boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 tsp dried herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
Directions

Trim fat from meat. In a large skillet, brown meat on all sides in hot oil. Drain off fat; set aside.

Place onions in cooker; top with meat. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, Worcestershire, herbs and pepper; pour over meat in cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs.

Remove meat from cooker. Place meat on a serving platter. Using a slotted spoon, transfer vegetables to serving platter, reserving juices. Spoon enough of the juices over meat and vegetables to moisten. Sprinkle with feta.
