Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup bulgur
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Romaine
- 6 Kaiser rolls, toasted
- 4 oz crumbled feta with tomato and basil

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir tomato sauce, bulgur, oregano, salt and pepper into meat mixture in skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes.

To assemble sandwiches, arrange Romaine on bottom half of rolls. Spoon meat mixture onto romaine and sprinkle with cheese.
