Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pastina
- salt
- 1/4 cup Ricotta
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
Directions

Bring about 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the pastina and cook. Cook until pastina is tender, about 5 minutes.

Scoop out some of the cooking water. Drain the pastina and place it in a bowl with the ricotta and butter. Mix well, adding a little of the cooking water.
