California Avocado and Canadian Bacon Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 baked pizza (bread) shell (12 inch diameter)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 3 oz. Canadian bacon, diced (2/3 cup)
- 1 California Avocado (8oz.), sliced
- 1 tomato (8oz.), diced
- Salt, as needed
- 3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (3/4 cup)
Directions
- Brush pizza shell with oil.
- Sprinkle with cheese, basil, bacon, tomato and avocado.
- Bake at 500 degrees until cheese melts and lightly browns, about 10 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.
