Orange-Onion Chicken Bake

This chicken is also good served chilled and sliced in salads.

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 to 3 lb chicken parts
- 1 6-oz can undiluted frozen orange juice
- 11-1/4 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
Directions

Soften orange juice to room temperature

Mix with soup mix and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in a 2-quart casserole dish. Pour 2/3 soup-juice mixture over pieces.Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Remove and baste chicken with pan sauces.Bake an additional 20 minutes.

Turn chicken pieces and pour remaining soup-juice mixture over the pieces. Bake 30 minutes, until brown on top. Baste as needed.
