Quick Black-eyed peas and Ham

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 (150z.) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup chopped cooked ham
- 3/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1 tsp. salt-free Creole seasoning
- 1 1/4 cups water
- Hot cooked rice
- Toppings: chopped tomato, sliced green onion
Directions
- Saute chopped onion in hot oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add peas and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Serve over rice with desired toppings.
