Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped sage
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, quartered
- assorted peppers, garnish
- rosemary sprigs, garnish
Directions

Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except the lemon and rosemary sprigs. Pour mixture over the chops, cover, and refrigerate, turning 3-4 times for 12 hrs.

Heat a grill. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Grill about 10 minutes per side. Garnish with peppers and rosemary sprigs.
