Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Hearth Cub Corn Starch
- 2 1-oz. square unsweetened chocolate, grated
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix sugar and corn starch in a saucepan, add chocolate and salt. Add boiling water, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Spread on cake while hot for glossy frosting which remains soft and smooth.
