Ingredients

• 3/4 lb. butter or margarine
• 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
• pinch of salt
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cream together butter, cream, cheese and salt. Add vanilla. With hands, mix in flour and baking powder. keep dough cool by leaving part of it in refrigerator. Roll out on well-floured board and cut to any shape desired.
2. Put a dent in the middle with thumb and put any filling desired. Put on floured cookie sheer. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
