Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/3 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 tenderized beef round steaks
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 6 oz pasta, cooked and drained
Directions

In a small bowl combine carrot, zucchini, red pepper, green onions, Parmesan, parsley, garlic and pepper. Spoon 1/4 cup of the vegetable filling on each piece of steak. Roll up meat around the filling and tie each roll with kitchen string.

Transfer meat rolls to slow cooker. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat rolls.

Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. Discard string. Serve meat with hot cooked pasta.
