Cauliflower and Carrot Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in small florets
- 3 carrots, sliced diagonally
- 2 scallions, sliced diagonally
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Heat oil in wok until hot. Stir-fry cauliflower and carrots until crisp and tender, about 3 minutes. Add scallions; continue to cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Stir until well coated.
