Cheddar Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups reduced fat baking mix
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/ cups fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine baking mix and cheese. Add milk, egg substitute, and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended. spoon into a 9 × 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake loaf at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
