Ingredients
- 4 (10-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
- cooking spray
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. flank steak, cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 oz. light pasteurized prepared cheese produce
Directions
- Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warm.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds, and heat over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
- Toss together steak strips and cornstarch.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds; heat over medium-high heat. Add half the steak. Saute 2 to 3 minutes; remove from skillet, and repeat procedure.
- Microwave cheese in a glass bowl at high

2 minutes, stirring once.
- Place steak strips evenly down center of each tortilla; top evenly with vegetables and cheese. Roll up, and serve immediately.
