Ingredients
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup Dijon
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 pork chops
Directions

In a large bowl combine soup, wine, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Transfer to slow cooker. Place chops on potatoes.

Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hrs.
