Chicken Dumpling Pie

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 (8oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients; pour into a lightly greased 13 × 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Stir together baking mix, sour cream, and milk; pour over chicken mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until topping is golden.
  4. Note: You can also prepare this in six to eight individual baking dishes; bake at 35o degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
