Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 (8oz.) container sour cream
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Stir together first 5 ingredients; pour into a lightly greased 13 × 9-inch baking dish.
- Stir together baking mix, sour cream, and milk; pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until topping is golden.

Note: You can also prepare this in six to eight individual baking dishes; bake at 35o degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
