Ingredients
- ·2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- ·1 tsp Provencal Rub
- ·1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ·1 tbsp olive oil
- ·1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- ·salt and black pepper to taste
- ·4 boneless chicken breasts
Directions

With a sharp knife, cut 3 parallel slashed through the skin of each chicken breast.

Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, thoroughly. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill skin side down on medium hot coals for 7 minutes until crisp.

Turn and continue grilling for a further 5 minutes.
