Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, divided
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
Directions
- in large skillet over medium-high heat, heat half the margarine. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining margarine, broccoli and mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender and liquid has evaporated.
- Add soup, milk and mustard; stir to combine. heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Serve with noodles.
