Ingredients
- 6 medium golden potatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 large celery stalk
- 1 large carrot
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 5 cups water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup butter
- 13 oz can evaporated milk
Directions

Peel the potatoes and cut into 1-inch squares. Peel the onion and chop into 1/4-inch pieces. Chop the celery into 1/4-inch pieces. Peel the carrot and chop into 1/4-inch pieces.

Place all the ingredients except the milk into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hrs.

Add the milk and cook an additional 30 minutes, covered, on LOW.
