Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion
- 4 large white potatoes
- 4 lb pot roast
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Peel and chop the onion into 1/4-inch pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise.

Place all ingredients except the pot roast in the slow cooker; stir well. Add the pot roast. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs.
