Ingredients
- 2 lb beef rump roast
- 1 cup chopped yellow onions
- 10 oz can diced green chiles
- 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 packaged taco seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 large green onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
Directions

Add the meat to slow cooker. Peel and chop onions into 1/4-inch pieces. Add all ingredients on top of the meat. Cook on LOW 7 hrs. Remove the meat and shred using 2 forks. Return the meat to the slow cooker and stir together all the ingredients. Cook on LOW for 1-3 hrs.

Serve on flour tortillas that have been warmed in a 250 oven for 10 minutes. Top with sour cream, diced green onions and olives.
