Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
Directions

Thoroughly wash and dry spinach; cut off stems. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat; add the olive oil. Add the chicken and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute until golden brown. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon or tongs and place the chicken in the slow cooker. Add the wine to the skillet and mix with the drippings; pour mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hrs, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink in the middle.

Add the spinach, cover, and cook for 1 hr on LOW. Transfer contents of slow cooks to a serving platter. Crumble feta on top.
