Ingredients
- 3 cups yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 cups beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup Cognac
Directions

Peel and slice onions about 1/4-inch thick. Place in a medium skillet with butter and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. When the onions are limp, add the sugar and cook 5 minutes more.

Add all the ingredients to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hrs.
