Ingredients
- 1 garlic head, cloves peeled and minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
- 2 tsp salt
- black pepper
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until mixture is blended.

To apply, slide your fingers between the skin and chicken, and gently lift up the skin over the breast. Massage an equal amount of the paste, about 2 tbsp, under the skin of each chicken half.
