Ingredients
- 2/3 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp ancho powder
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp guajillo powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients except soy sauce and butter in a medium saucepan. Simmer the mixture over medium-high for 10 minutes, or until sugar dissolves. Remove the sauce from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
