Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken fryers, cut in half
- 2 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- Baste:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp instant onions
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Directions

Mix garlic, salt, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken, covering entirely.

Place chicken on grill, skin-side up, over medium-hot. Cover and grill 30 minutes. Turn and cook another 15 minutes.

While chicken is grilling, mix all baste ingredients in small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer 10 minutes.

When chicken is tender, baste entire surface and cook another 5 minutes. Turn and baste again. Chicken is done when it has a good glaze on it.
