Ingredients
- ·4 white fish fillets
- ·3 tbsp yogurt
- ·1 1/2 tsp Masala Rub
- ·1 garlic clove, crushed
- ·1/2 tsp salt
- ·1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
Directions

Place the fish in a large dish.

Combine the remaining ingredients and spread over the fish fillets, cover and marinate for 20 minutes in a cool place.

Place the fish on a lightly oiled tray and cook under high heat for 2 .3 minutes each side.
