Ingredients
- #1:
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- #2:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- #3:
- 1 1/2 cups plain, full-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions

#1- Sweet and Sticky Sesame Marinade
- In a medium bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic and dried thyme.

#2- Mojo Marinade
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano and cook, stirring, about 2 minutes. Stir in orange juice, lime juice, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in salt and pepper. Let cool.

#3-Spiced Yogurt Marinade
- Blend all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Pour marinade of your choice into a zip-top

plastic bag and drop in 20 to 24 chicken legs, shaking to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- remove chicken from marinade and grill until done to 165 degrees in thickest part.
