Lemon Asparagus and Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus (steamed until crisp tender)
  • 1/2 lb small carrots (steamed until crisp tender)
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Drain asparagus and carrots. In casserole, combine carrots and asparagus. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, sprinkle with lemon pepper and lemon juice. Serve cold.
