- 1 lb asparagus (steamed until crisp tender)
- 1/2 lb small carrots (steamed until crisp tender)
- Lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Drain asparagus and carrots. In casserole, combine carrots and asparagus. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, sprinkle with lemon pepper and lemon juice. Serve cold.
